What is the return policy?
We accept returns up to 30 days from the day you receive your items. We carefully check each order before sending it to you, but if there's anything we missed we are happy to correct our mistake.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for damage that happens while the item is in transit: damage due to courier negligence, wet boxes, etc. We do our best to package our items so that these occurrences will not affect the merchandise, but not everything is in our control once the courier receives it.
Are any purchases final sale?
We accept returns in the event that the item we sent you is defective: defective shirt decoration, ripped sweaters etc.
Please note that issues with the shipping carrier are out of our control and thus we will not honor refunds for items lost or damaged due to carrier negligence.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
